Express Service FAQ
Maintenance That Works Around Your Day
Life in Greater Orlando moves fast, and your to-do list rarely has a two-hour gap in it. That’s the whole idea behind Kia Express Service at City Kia: get in, get out, and get on your way. It bundles the most common routine-maintenance items into a single visit so you can keep your Kia healthy without rearranging your day. Here’s how it works and what to expect.
What Is Kia Express Service?
Kia Express Service is a streamlined maintenance visit handled by City Kia’s factory-trained technicians. In 60 minutes or less,* the team completes four core services on your vehicle:
Genuine Kia Oil & Filter Change
Engine oil reduces friction between moving parts and helps carry heat away from the engine, making it one of the most important fluids in your Kia. During Express Service, your oil is drained and refilled with the grade specified for your vehicle, the filter is replaced with a Genuine Kia oil filter, and your maintenance indicator light is reset.
Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection
A comprehensive Kia Multi-Point Inspection is included at no extra charge with a paid Express Service visit. It checks the overall health of your vehicle, including brake pad thickness, tire tread depth and wear pattern, fluid levels and condition, the cooling system and hoses, drive belt, steering and suspension components, the exhaust and under-vehicle components, battery performance and terminals, and exterior and windshield condition, so small issues get caught before they become expensive ones.
Tire Rotation
Tire manufacturers generally recommend rotating tires about every 5,000 miles for even tread wear and longer tire life. Rotating on schedule also supports steady handling and can help your Kia’s fuel efficiency on long Florida highway drives.
Battery Test
Florida heat is hard on batteries. Technicians test your battery’s voltage to catch signs of weakness early, so you’re less likely to be stranded by a battery that just clicks when you turn the key. If it’s not holding a charge, they’ll let you know and recommend a replacement.
Why “Fast” Doesn’t Mean Cutting Corners
Quick service only counts if it’s done right. Every Express Service visit is performed by City Kia’s factory-trained technicians using Genuine Kia parts and the fluids specified for your vehicle. Because they work on Kias every day, they know exactly what your model needs. Kia recommends Genuine Kia parts to help keep your vehicle running at peak performance and to help protect your warranty coverage. The Kia New Vehicle Limited Warranty is limited, and a copy is available for review at the dealership. You can read more about the dealership’s approach on the Why Service Here page.
Built for Busy Orlando Schedules
Express Service is designed around convenience. Select services are available with no appointment needed, so you can stop in when it fits your day, though booking ahead is the easiest way to lock in a time. You’ll find City Kia at 9550 S Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, an easy reach from Kissimmee, Winter Park, and surrounding Central Florida communities. When you’re ready, you can schedule service online in just a couple of minutes.
How to Get In and Out Even Faster
Book ahead online. Use the Schedule Service tool to reserve a time and skip the line.
Aim for off-peak hours. Mid-morning and early-afternoon weekday slots tend to move fastest, away from the before-work and lunchtime rush.
Check specials first. Browse current service & parts specials and tire specials so that any coupons are ready when you arrive.
Know your maintenance timing. Review your Kia maintenance schedule so you can bundle due items into one stop.
Spread out the cost if needed. Ask about service financing to pay for larger maintenance over time.
