Also informed me that there was a recall on my vehicle and provided a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to wait. They still managed to complete my car that very same day and I was able to pick it up. Well I was kind of xxxxxx-off that at first A.G. wasn't going to give me a loaner car even though I had all this service scheduled and I ended up needing the loaner car for nearly 2 weeks while the repairs were being made. In the end, he did treat me right and even got me as many discounts as he could on my bill, but I just don't like the way he started with me. He did get more respectful of me but it should have been that way from the beginning.

As usual everything that was done: e.g. emissions inspection per a factory recall; the tire tread wear, and alignment; the oil & gasoline treatment; and the free hand car wash were done timely, professionally, and I was periodically appraised of the service technicians' progress. I was informed only after the repairs were completed that I owed $5,763.36, and I had to repeatedly escalate the matter before learning that several warranty claims had not been properly processed. Oscar Platt ultimately took ownership, contacted Smart AutoCare, and reduced my balance significantly, which I sincerely appreciate. However, the lack of communication and financial transparency before the repairs were completed created unnecessary stress and could have resulted in me paying thousands of dollars that should have been covered.
