What’s New for 2027

The second-generation Seltos was revealed by Kia at the 2026 New York International Auto Show, and it borrows heavily from Kia’s flagship Telluride. The look is more chiseled and upright, the cabin is roomier, and the feature list now includes available content you’d expect from a much larger, more expensive SUV. In short: it’s a small SUV that’s been redesigned to punch well above its class.

The redesigned Seltos is longer and wider with a stretched wheelbase, which translates to more passenger room and a larger cargo area — plus the integrated Kia Add Gear system to help organize it all. Inside, available dual 12.3-inch displays run Kia’s latest connected-car system with over-the-air update capability, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard.

Available premium touches include a panoramic sunroof, a Surround View Monitor, and a Blind-Spot View Monitor, along with a suite of driver-assistance features.
